The opportunity:
This program is open to universities, CCTTs and public research centres:
- Financial aid dedicated to collaborative R&D projects in electricity transport reliability
- Financial assistance from InnovÉÉ up to 80% of eligible expenses
- In addition to a main program (PSO, Innov-R, Partner-AI Academic), a single application must be submitted to InnovÉÉ
The FiabilitÉÉ program is offered by the Régie de l’Énergie and InnovÉÉ funds collaborative research projects in the field of electricity transport reliability, by pooling the expertise and resources of industrial partners and research institutions.
The FiabilitÉÉ program aims to stimulate and accelerate the development of innovations promoting the reliability of power transmission.
Projects must highlight collaborative research and meet the following criterias:
- Be deemed eligible for funding under the InnovÉÉ main program.

The research must be in the area targeted by the Régie de l'énergie, i.e. electricity transport reliability associated with elements or facilities operating at a voltage of 120 kV or more.

Devote 100% of eligible expenditures (under the main program) to research and innovation in the area of electricity transport reliability.
- Include a sharing-results approach with the Régie de l'énergie and with the Target Entities.
